Pet Policy:  250.00 Deposit for all non-caged pets

Pets are welcomed with prior approval from management and execution of our pet addendum.  Please note the following guidelines:

• Pets should not exceed 25lbs
  
• Maximum of two pets per unit (must maintain current shot records in resident file)
  
• No snakes or reptiles
  
• No aquariums larger than 20 gallons
  
• Birds must be caged
  

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT DOG AND CATS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ON THE COMMON GROUNDS AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A 25.00 FINE. REPEAT OFFENSES MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR LEASE OR REMOVAL OF THE PET FROM THE HOME. NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS ARE ALLOWED AND MAY RESULT IN LEASE TERMINATION.

Breed Exclusions: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Shepherd, Saint Bernard, Boxer (and any other breed that management deems unsafe and/or unruly)
